ANSWER:
EVERY single Democrats, Obama Voter, that vote via "absent Voters Ballot", MUST make sure to have a copy of his filled-out Ballot and send the original to the his/her Director of the Board of Eelctions through REGISTERED MAIL!

People that ote on elections Days, should make a (Camera phone, Digital camera etc.pp) Picture of themself in front of the Voting screen/Document with their vote visible OR , even better, place their ID/ passport/ Drivers license on the Display while it shows and PROVES their vote and take a Picture!
AND EVEN IF we have to arm every single voter with a one way digital camera, I WILL Organize the Money if neccesssary!!
